A lawsuit filed by a former table games floor manager resulted in a  $47,500 .00 judgment against Harrah’s New Orleans and its managers for defaming the reputation Mr. Wayne Jones. Mr. Jones was an exemplary employee of Harrah’s New Orleans and received performance awards and commendations during his tenure.   The former employee partnered with Louisiana Technical College, now known as Delgado to start  a dealer training school when Delgado backed out of the arrangement because of statements made out of malice by managers and other employees of Harrah’s New Orleans during the course and scope of their employment.  Mr. Jones was represented by Jessica Vasquez.
